Bacon Egg Cups.

Easy.

I made regular egg cups a few months back when I just started my blog. Remember this post? One of my Christmas gifts was a muffin tin, which I have been wanting for a while now. There are so many great uses for a muffin tin and this is a perfect one. It can't get much easier then this... cracking the egg might be the toughest part. I always forget how easy it is to have one of these for breakfast, so I think I am going to be adding them in the routine.

Bacon Egg Cups

What you need:
- 3 slices of bacon, sliced in half
- 6 eggs
- salt 
- pepper
- red pepper flakes
- cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and circle bacon around cups. Crack eggs into individual cups and top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 25 minutes until eggs are cooked all the way through.
